For many triathletes and aspiring triathletes, the swim is the most challenging part of a triathlon. Fleet Feet coached swim sessions go beyond group swimming sessions and introduces a level of hands-on instruction to help athletes improve with a strong focus on swim technique. This program is a great add-on for anyone who wants to improve their swimming.
All levels are welcome to participate. The training sessions will focus on various swim techniques and drills. To participate you will need, at a minimum, a swimsuit, goggles and a water bottle. New this year, we will introduce more advanced drills that will use the following swim training tools: hand paddles, buoys, fins and center snorkels, available at Fleet Feet Knoxville. To start swimming with us, sign up for as many classes as you like, choosing between Sunday 3:30 pm or Sunday 4:30 pm sessions. Swimming is a difficult sport, both physically and mentally, and with regular attendance you will see improvement much quicker. We offer a price break for purchasing more classes:
