When it comes to New Year's Resolutions, consistency, accountability, and concrete goals are the keys to success. Training with Fleet Feet Knoxville Training is an awesome way to accomplish all three, while becoming stronger and fitter.  
Whether your goal is to set a new personal record, or simply to get a jump start on our New Year's resolutions, we have some great training options for you with our Knoxville Marathon Races program. The half marathon plan is perfect for seasoned runners wanting to set a PR or work on their endurance, and our 8-15K plan is great for those training for the relay or for those with a half marathon on their bucket list, but need a few more miles under their belt before they take the plunge.

  • Workouts: Tues at 6:00 PM and Sat at 7:00 AM
  • Options: 8k - 15k (4-Person Relay) or Half Marathon

Participants Receive

  • A complete Training Program and calendar with detailed workouts
  • Weekly coach led training session with hydration provided
  • Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
  • E-mail support – the coach will answer individual questions regarding training and running related issues
  • Weekly Group Runs available from Fleet Feet Sports
  • Technical fiber shirt
  • $15 discount on Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon Half, Full, Relay, or 5k.
