2020 Virtual 321 Run For Down Syndrome

321 Run For Down Syndrome 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 as a virtual event.

321Run4DS is celebrating its 6th year in very different times due to COVID-19.  In an effort to do our part in encouraging safe health and safety habits, we feel that a Virtual event is necessary.  We are confident that the community will support the event with the same great participating as in past years.

Registration for the Virtual 321Run4DS will be open August 24. We encourage participants to register online.  Registration for the Virtual 321Run4DS 5K Run/Walk is only $20 when you register by September 5th.  Event registration increases to $25 after September 6th.  Sleep-In registration (allows T-shirt pickup or mail delivery) is $30.  T-shirts guaranteed to all who have registered by September 13th.

All registrations include a 321Run4DS 5K Run/Walk event t-shirt. Sleep In registrations include the shirt being mailed to participants. For Virtual registration participants, t-shirt pick up will be available on Friday, October 2 from 5 pm until 7 pm and Saturday, October 3 from 7 am until 9 am at 101 Bulldog Ln., Liberty.

Our 6th annual 321 Run for Down Syndrome will be Virtual for the first time.  If you have never participated in a Virtual event, you can run, walk or jog in your neighborhood, at a park, on a trail, on the treadmill, or wherever you choose! Run or walk at your own pace and time yourself if you choose.  If you choose to time your run or walk, you will be able to upload that information to your RunSignup account.

Teams are always great fun, and virtual is no different. Once a team captain has registered online as a team, members will be able to select the team they choose when registering online.
