Description
Luke's Locker will furnish participants a FREE 12 Week 5K/10K training program for runners who have established a regular program but want to take it to the next level. During the week you'll be introduced to phases of progressive workouts involving tempos/hills/fartleks. We'll start with a 3 Mile workout. Note that the purpose of this program is to improve upon an established, consistent running program. If you're not quite up to starting at 3 miles, please feel free to register for the 5K/10K - beginners program and jump in at whatever of those 9 week schedules you feel comfortable with. No judgment here!
There will not be scheduled meeting dates or times, but Luke's Locker wanted to provide participants a plan to follow on their own.
