Lucy Jean Turkey Trot Postponed

Hello Turkey Trotters!
We are so pleased that you signed up for the Lucy Jean Turkey Trot! Unfortunately, we have to postpone this year's race due to family circumstances. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. In addition, we feel it's best to postpone it also due to COVID impacts. Everyone's health and safety is our most important priority. The Lucy Jean Turkey Trot will be rescheduled to November 5th, 2022 in the North Richland Hills, Texas area. We are looking forward to seeing you all trot with us next year!! If you wish, you may request a refund, or keep your registration for next year.
Again, we aplogize for this cancellation and for any inconvenience it may cause to you. Thank you so much for supporting our race. We are a small nonprofit organization called the Lucy Jean Mofield Memorial Scholarship that was formed in 2015 in memory of our Mom, Lucy Jean. Our organization is committed to helping students in financial need succeed through scholarships. All proceeds from the race goes toward our scholarship fund, which is awarded annually to college bound students. We really appreciate all of you!

WHAT IS IT?
The Lucy Jean Turkey Trot is a fun 5k walk/run held on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at 10 AM in honor of Lucy Jean Mofield. This is the 6TH ANNUAL 5k!!!
WHERE?
The race will begin and end at Katherine Rose Memorial Park in Mansfield, Texas. Packet pick up will be at the main pavilion from 8:00-9:00 AM on race day.
CAUSE?
All proceeds go towards funding the Lucy Jean Mofield Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded annually to a Mansfield High School Senior and/or Midland High School Senior.
FREEBIES!
There will be a free t-shirt to every runner and goody bags! Also, there will be prize giveaways--all participants eligible.
REGISTRATION:
Registration cost: $25 Adults, $20 Under 18 Years of Age
Kids 10 and under are FREE!
AWARDS:
There will more medals & prizes to runners this year!!

TIMING:
The race will be timed! Just wear your bibs on the front of your shirt and we'll do the timing :)
