Jumping for Joy wants to welcome you to our Jumping for Joy Sporting Weekend. Our mission statement is to ask children what their goals and dreams are and then help them find a community which will enable those to come true. While doing so, we have found humanity has an intertwined relationship with each other. The healthy obviously administer to the less well, but those who are suffering also have the ability to bring wellness to those more fortunate by incorporating a different insight and view of life. Together, both groups illuminate the gifts and talents of all and show how we all belong to a community that demonstrates love and compassion.
Through, athletics, medicine, religion, and education, Jumping for Joy is trying to raise funds to establish ways of helping families pay for necessary medical care, develop lasting education systems in hospitals to ensure that children are able to continue with their schooling while sick, raise scholarships for college, and help with struggling religious institutions on mission. In addition, we urge adults to continue to foster their children's dreams through athletics, education, and the larger community. As we know what role athletics play in a healthy lifestyle, we hope to create and nurture athletic programs which will actually help decrease their symptoms.
The goal of the Wing Run is to give people the opportunities to start this process. We are working with insurance companies to help lower insurance costs, while recommending all maintain strength in difficult situations. The Wing Run is just the beginning of the opportunities we are creating while providing the right set of circumstances to make certain everyone can attempt to complete their loftiest of ambitions. Lastly, the weekend provides a place and time in which the entire family can spend together and support each other in whatever their dreams may be.
This 5k, run all within the boundaries of SeaWorld San Antonio, is a celebration of health and wellness for all ages. Regardless of your speed and ability-level, the Wing Run honors that innate ability in all of us to strive for more. While the 1st annual race starts the morning of May 19th, participants have been preparing for this race for weeks, months and years.
In addition, as part of the weekend long series of events, all are invited to sign up for our Golf Clinic as well as the Golf Scramble.
