Want to improve your time? Or set a PR? Is this your first Triathlon or Duathlon? We have a 12 week training plan option that can be customize to your goals! This training plan – Train to Change – is USAT sanctioned and designed for you by Tracy Byrd with Food 1st Fitness. This online training program will include weekly written plans; to include running, cycling and strength training. Program begins March 22 and final date to register is April 14.
