PACKET PICKUP

We will have staff and volunteers on hand to assist you in getting through the line and providing any answers to your questions you may have. PLEASE make sure you read the entire website for information prior to coming to packet pickup.

Please be patient and kind to the volunteers. We promise that everyone is working as fast and diligently as possible.

SCHEDULE

The packet pickup schedule is subject to change, but worst case it should be close to what is listed below. We will notify registered participants via email if any changes occur. 

TUES, NOV 24, 2022

  • 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Packet Pickup #1

WED, NOV 24, 2022

  • 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Packet Pickup #2
    • If we go over 1,000 registered runners, we will extend this until 8:00 PM.

THURS, NOV 24, 2022 - RACE MORNING

  • 6:15 AM - Packet Pickup #3 Begins
    • If you can avoid race morning packet pickup and get your packet ahead of time, please do.

 

QR CODE

We will send each registered runner an email before the packet pickup days begin. That email will contain packet pickup reminders as well as a QR code that is unique to your specific registration. Please bring your QR code with you either on your phone or printed. This will help move the line MUCH faster. If you are picking up for anyone else please be sure to have their QR code as well.

If you do not have your QR code available, you can resend your confirmation email by visiting your RunSignUp profile page and clicking "Manage Your Registration" under the Turkey Trot event.

 
PACKET PICKUP ITEMS

You will the following at packet pickup:

  • Event Shirt (size you selected when you registered)
  • Number Bib
  • Timing Tag (on back of number bib, DO NOT remove)

 

HOW TO WEAR YOUR BIB & TIMING TAG

Every registered runner will receive a number bib with a timing tag on the back of it at packet pickup. Please pin your bib to the front of your outermost layer of clothing and do not cover it up.

This assigned number bib serves TWO purposes:

  1. The big numbers on the front are helpful for quick and easy visual identification.
  2. The timing tag, adhered to the back, automatically records your time as you cross the start/finish line area(s). Do not remove the timing tag from the back of your bib. Always wear your bib while on the run course. 

 

RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP

We HIGHLY recommend you pickup your packet ahead of time on Tuesday or Wednesday. If you must wait until race morning please get there as early as you can and be patient. If everyone waits until race morning, the lines could be long. We are very good at getting through lines quick with the RunSignup App but we can only check so many people in so fast. Please be patient and try to get to one of the earlier packet pickups if possible.
