About the Host Organizations

The Urban Ecology Center is a non-profit with a mission to connect people in cities to nature and each other. Our vision is to inspire generations to build environmental curiosity, understanding, and respect. We restore hope and heal our urban natural world, neighborhood by neighborhood.

The Friends of Hank Aaron State Trail is a non-profit dedicated to sustaining, promoting, and enhancing the Hank Aaron State Trail, creating a lasting legacy for present and future generations. Our vision is to bring life to the Hank Aaron State Trail by fostering community connections, promoting outdoor activity, cultivating a sense of exploration, inspiring awareness of the environment, and creating unique experiences.
