Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
As stated in the Ville to Ville registration policies, we have a strict no refund policy. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different year. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, etc. In these instances, team captains may transfer their team to another captain. If the course has to be changed or the race canceled due to an act of nature, or the event time changed due to circumstances beyond our control, there are no refunds or deferrals.
Cancellation Policy
The relay will occur under a wide range of weather conditions and in general, will not be canceled due to weather. However, severe weather or unforeseen circumstances may result in a delayed, altered, or canceled event. Such weather conditions may include but are not limited to, electrical storms, snow, ice, hail, lightning, wind, tornado, flooding, and extreme cold or heat. Unforeseen circumstances may include but are not limited to, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, wildfires, or road damage. Any event delays, alterations, or cancellations will be communicated to the captain/team through our text communication system, RaceJoy, social media, and email.
