The walking dead will take over William King Museum of Art for this family friendly fun run! First, you must decide if you will participate as a human....or a Zombie! This 2 mile fun run is not for the faint of heart! Hills and thrills await you as you run over different terrains and try to avoid becoming part of the Zombie Apocalypse! (This is not a great course for strollers!)
Humans: You will be among the last few human survivors! Try not to become infected as you navigate this loop course. Finish with your life - you will receive a "survivor" medal! If you become infected - you'll still be rewarded for your valiant effort with an "infected" medal.
Zombies: You have been infected and are among the walking dead. Your only mission is to infect as many humans as possible throughout the course. There are two ways to participate as a Zombie! As a paying participant, you will receive a Zombie shirt/costume and have your make-up completed on site. As a volunteer Zombie, you are responsible for your own costume and make-up - but you may enter our Zombie Costume Contest!
Halloween Hustle will be held in conjunction with WKMA's Haunted Hill. Haunted Hill is free to attend and is FULL of tricks and treats for your Halloween season! Hay rides, Trunk or Treating, scary movies, a costume contest and crafts will be just part of the fun!
Road access to Haunted Hill (Academy Drive) will be closed from Main Street.
Parking will be available at the parking lot beside Abingdon Police Office (Main Street), on WKMA property (access from Russell Road), and at Abingdon Little League Fields (Russell Road.)
