T-Fit Turkey Trot 5k

It’s almost Thanksgiving, a time where we can be thankful for friends, family, and good health. This Thanksgiving run or walk with friends, family, co-workers and anyone else you can find to prepare or burn those extra holiday calories. You can run this 5k anywhere you like.

You will have from Novemember 20th- 28th to sign up and run the race on your own. Once you have completed your race send a screenshot of your time/distance to tfithealthandwellness@gmail.com.  You can use any fitness tracker or app you already have. Each participant will get an emailed copy of a cerficate.
