Most of our course runs through Pratt Park and St. Clair Brooks Park. Stafford Parks will not be reopened this weekend, so we are rescheduling race day to 2/21/26. We're bummed that we can't celebrate with you ON Valentine's Day, but we will see you on the 21st! If you can't make it to the in-person race on the 21st, you can switch to the Virtual 4 Miler.

We have added an additional packet pick up at Lucky Road Run Shop Fredericksburg - Wednesday, February 18th from 4-6pm.

Age-Graded Awards**
Overall: Top 5 (male and female combined)
Age Groups: Top 5 in each age group (male and female combined)
19&U, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
**Age-graded awards adjust a runner’s finish time based on their age and gender to allow fair comparison across different age groups. The system uses standardized tables (like World Masters Athletics) to calculate a percentage score, where a higher percentage reflects a performance closer to the world-class standard for that age. Awards will be based on these age-graded percentages rather than raw finish times.
Every finisher will receive a custom race mug in lieu of a medal!

Parking
Parking will be available at the Massad Family YMCA.

Please park in the back parking lots close to the water park and Pratt Park. There will be basketball leagues happening a the Y race morning and we need to reserve parking for players and their families.

This race is all about love and we L O V E our veterans! We are thrilled to be supporting Semper Fi & America's Fund through this race. A portion of the race proceeds will go directly to this organization to serve our local community. Over 2200 Service Members in Virginia have been supported through The Fund!

No, dogs are not permitted on the race course, so please leave your furry friends at home on race day!
This race course is not stroller-friendly, so we will not be allowing strollers in this race. We do have other stroller-friendly options, like the Grand Slamrock 5K, Halloween 5K, and Frosty 5K!
Absolutely! It's helpful if you can provide their registration confirmation email or confirmation that they would like you to pick up their packet on their behalf, but we'll also take your word for it.
Packet Pick Up will be held at Lucky Road Run Shop in Fredericksburg on February 12, 2026 from 4-6pm. Bonus: there will be some Valentine's Day fun at the store during packet pick up!

Parking is available at the Massad Family YMCA - 212 Butler Road, Falmouth, VA. Please park in the lots furthest from the building and the lot near the water park to keep the closer parking spaces available to their members.
If you plan to warm up pre-race, you can also find parking at Pratt Park - 120 River Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. The parking lot at Pratt Park is not far from the Massad Family YMCA, so you can plan to use this as part of your warm up!
The Start/Finish Line is very close to the Massad Family YMCA building and the race course winds through Pratt Park in to St. Clair Brooks Park on the Belmont-Ferry Farm trail.

Yes, you can register online through 8:25am on race morning on the RunSignup website.
There's not a strict time limit to this race, but we'd like to get everyone in to the finish line within 80 minutes of the race start - 20 min/mile.
All finishers will receive a race mug at the finish line in lieu of a medal! If you register by the t-shirt deadline, you'll be guaranteed a race t-shirt! If you miss the deadline, we will have inventory loaded to the race website. If you see a size available, you're in luck! There's also a No T-shirt option that will allow you to save $5 on your registration fee.
Headphones/earbuds are discouraged, but we understand some of you can't live without them! Please pull one earbud out the one road crossing on the course and listen for volunteer instructions.
The Start and Finish line is located in the same location near the main parking lot at the YMCA. You'll see our Start/Finish truss set up on race day and can't miss it!
