Description
Girls on the Run Hampton Roads 5K Celebration takes place on Sunday, May 19, 2019. All ages are welcome to join at Virginia Wesleyan University, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Family Fun Festivities start at noon. 5K begins at 2 pm. Registration is open to the public. Register early to take advantage of early bird rate. www.gotrhr.org. Questions? Call 757-965-9040\Catch the thrill in the air as 2,200 runners conquer the mostly all paved course. There is nothing quite as exhilarating as a Girls on the Run 5K! All runners receive a t-shirt, souvenir bib and medal.

GOTR 5K in Hampton Roads
Girls participating in our 12 week program are working towards emotionally and physically being prepared to run/skip/jog/walk in this 5K! Each girl has a running buddy. This is an amazingly inspirational event, fun for the whole family.

DJ, Bounce Houses, Food Trucks, Hair and Face painting! Cape Ceremony with local TV personalities.
