LOCATION: The Washington School, 567 Mt. Salem Ave, Washington, VA
From Warrenton, take Rt. 211 West to Washington, VA. Turn right on Rt. 626 (Mt. Salem Ave.) The Washington School is the 2nd driveway on the right.)
REGISTRATION: Race day registration starting at 7:45 a.m.
5K walk starts at 8:45 a.m.
5K RUN (RACE) starts at 9:00 a.m.
COST:
$30.00 pre-register 5K RACE (T-shirts guaranteed for preregistered by December 1, 2023)
$35.00 race day 5K RACE
Chip timing: only 5K RUN/RACERS will be timed.
Awards: to 5K RUN/RACERS top male & female finishers, and top 3 M/F finishers in 10-year age groups
$25.00 pre-register WALK (T-shirts guaranteed for preregistered by December 1, 2023)
$30.00 race day 5K WALK
WALKERS will not be timed or receive awards. 
All participants eligible for door prizes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: A great attitude, holiday spirit and wear and run/walk in your holiday attire! A perfect place to show off your crazy holiday sweater!
Door Prizes! Refreshments, Holiday Music! Paved course, strollers and leashed dogs welcome.

*EVENT CANCELLATION: There is NO rain/icing/snow date. In case of inclement weather, management reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. In any case there will be NO REFUNDS of race entry fees. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all. Any decision we make to go forth with the race is based on the overall event safety.
We will mail T-shirts to preregistered participants. We will post a status update on our Facebook page morning of the event.
