Dai Roberts - Fall Running Clinic

Dai Roberts will be offering a running clinic to Yorktown Triathlon Club members on Saturday, November 9th, from 8am-9:30am.  This event will take place at the track at Tabb High School.

Dai will start off with a 20-30 min talk/discussion and QA on running training and racing.  Then the group will practice warming up, perform some mobility exercises, and then do an interval session suitable for all.  This will conclude with a cool down and stretches/muscle relaxing techniques.
