THE 2024 VERMONT OPEN is changing things up this year!

This is a halfpipe competition for both skiers and boarders this year!

This year's competition will take place April 6th, 2024 as a halfpipe competition for both skiers and boarders in adults and under age divisions. The crowd and a group of select judges will choose our Winners where you can win prizes and overall winners will receive a 2024/2025 Ikon Base Pass. This will be part of our Spring Fling Weekend. Note: Helmets are required for all participants, no exceptions!

FORMAT:

  • 1 class: Amateur
  •  Age Groups:
    •  I. 17 & Under (150 participants)
      • Male & Female division
    • II. 18 & Over (150 participants)
      • Male & Female Division

REGISTRATION FEE:

Race Fee: $50 per participant + tax and fee in advance and $65 for day of event registration. All Participants will receive a T-shirt.

All VTO participants will need a valid 23/24 Season Pass or daily lift ticket. Lift Tickets are NOT included in the registration prices and must be purchased separately. Participant tickets will need to be purchased at a Guest Services window for 25.00+tax. These tickets are ONLY for those registered for the event.

PRIZES:

The top female and top male from each age group will be awarded an Ikon Pass for being voted as the best rider in their age group. Four total Ikon Passes will be awarded.

Saturday, April 6
17 & Under: 9am - 12pm
18 & Over: 12:30 - 2pm
