Train this Fall with Fleet Feet Knoxville for a 5k or 10k

Whether you're just starting out, wanting to up your mileage, or looking to get faster, we're here to help you reach your goals! We offer a variety of run/walk programs for all levels, aimed to help you keep moving, stay motivated and have fun! Enjoy the accountability with your fellow run program team members and receive coaching and training tips along the way.

Workouts: Tue 6:00 PM and Sat at 8:30 AM starting the week of Sept 16th

Target Races:
   - Veterans 5k/10k on Nov 9th
   - Hot to Trot 5k/10k on Thanksgiving Day Nov 28th

Participants Receive: Detailed weekly training schedule, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc., team technical t-shirt, and discounted entry to the goal race.

  • Walk Strong 5k - a walking program designed specifically for those who want to take their first steps toward a more healthy, active lifestyle. No previous exercise experience is required! Regular exercise boosts energy, improves mood, reduces stress, improves sleep, improves flexibility and balance, increases bone mass and muscle mass, improves circulation, helps with weight management, and reduces risks of chronic disease.   • No Boundaries 5k -  Challenge yourself to complete a 5K! Get into shape with our NO BOUNDARIES™ training program and complete your first 5k!  The program focuses on beginners, but all levels are welcome. Along the way we’ll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you. Sign up today to run your first 5K and commit to making a life change.
  • Next Steps 10k -  The goal of the NEXT STEPS 10k training program is to help beginner runners complete their first 10K or intermediate runners achieve their 10K time goal. This is a great Next Step for participants in our current No Boundaries Begin to Run program. The program is designed for people currently running 20 minutes comfortably.
