Virtual Race

Please see below for information on how to submit virtual results for the 2020 Vintage Park Virtual Half Marathon, 5K and Kid's 1K.  

For those that have run one of our virtual events before, the process for results submission is the same (though we have extended the normal results submission time frame).  For those who are completing their first virtual run with us, the process is as follows:
  
1.  Run the distance for your registered event (Half Marathon, 5K, Kids 1K) on your own time, and at the location of your choice.  Please ensure that you are adhering to all applicable local regulations and guidance, and practicing social distancing.   You can submit a run completed anytime between 4/1/2020 through 5/3/2020.   

2.  Submit your results through our online form HERE.  You can also find the link to the form at any time on our website here - http://www.bchalfseries.com/virtual

3.  The results submission form will ask for a bib number to help us match results submissions with registrations.  If needed, HERE is a link to a tutorial for how to find your assigned bib number.  Additionally, we have included your bib number at the bottom of this email for easy reference.

4.  Once results are received, we will review and begin the process for fulfillment of your finisher item(s) - (shirts, medals, etc.).  We are aiming to begin fulfilling shipments beginning Monday 4/27/2020.
