Description
11TH ANNUAL SOZO CHILDREN RUN FOR A REASON IS NOW GOING TO BE LIVE THIS YEAR!
Proceeds raised will be used to support our mission of empowering vulnerable children to become thriving leaders for Jesus Christ.
The event is a fun, family friendly experience; runners & walkers of all ages, strollers and dogs are welcome. Free donuts after the race, corn hole & inflatables for the kids!

RACE DAY
SATURDAY, MAY 14, 2022
START: Sozo Trading Co. 4 41st Street S.
FINISH: Avondale Brewery
8:00 am - Runner packet pickup + day of registration opens
9:30 am - 5K Begins
10:30/11:00 am - Awards + Sozo Children's Choir performance
Stick around after the race! The Sozo Children's Choir will hold a short performance at Avondale Brewery on the big stage after the race and awards have been completed!

Sozo Children
OUR REASON: We operate multiple children's homes in Uganda, providing care for over 120 children. Through a continuum of care provided by a team of Ugandan care-givers, the children of Sozo are loved, nurtured, and equipped with proper nutrition, healthcare, quality education, spiritual development and life skills to impact positive change in their communities and Ugandan society.
