Volunteers will responsible for the following;
1. Fill cups of water half way
2. Hand out water to runners as they run by
3. Arrive to location on time (race starts 8:00 am)
4. Pickup trash
5. Stay at water station until last runner runs by
6. Must wait until pick up truck arrives to check out

Mile 8.25

Volunteer will be responsible for the following:

1. Arrive at the finish line expo at 6:00 am
2. Check in with volunteer coordinator
3. Setup all snacks and drinks
4. Refill snack trays as needed
5. Stay until end of event and help with packing up tables and leftover snacks
6. Check out with volunteer coordinator

Volunteer will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

At finish line expo

Volunteer will be responsible for the following:

1. Arrive at finish line at 7:00 am
2. Check in with volunteer coordinator
3. Hand out water bottles to runners as they finish
4. Stay until end of event and help with packing up tables and leftover water
5. Check out with volunteer coordinator

Volunteer will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

Finish Line

Volunteer will be responsible for the following:

1. Arrive at finish line expo at 5:15 am
2. Check in with volunteer coordinator
3. Go to starting line and collect runners gear and sort by number
4. Unload and sort by number runners gear at the finish line expo
5. Stay until end of event
6. Check out with volunteer coordinator

Volunteer will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

Finish line expo

The course marshal will be placed on specific places along the course to ensure runners cross the road safely.

You must wait until our clean up truck drives by to collect vest and flags.

Volunteer Will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

Race director will contact you to explain where to go.

1. Arrive at 4am
2. Check in with volunteer coordinator
3. Form 4am to 5:20 am Help with setting up of the tents, table etc. at the expo
From 5:30 am to 7:20 am Volunteer must count runners for each bus and ensure that each bus is fully loaded.
4. After last bus least, report with volunteer coordinator at expo

Volunteer Will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

Finish line expo.

Arrive
Volunteers will help with the setup of the tables and water station along the course.

Setup the mile markers along the course.

After event, help with the clean up of the water stations and mile markers

Volunteer Will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

Multiple locations (meet at finish line)

The lead bike must be able to ride at 4:30 min per mile or faster.

Volunteer Will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

Starting line to Finish line

1. Arrive at 7am
2. Check in with volunteer coordinator
3. Volunteer will help runners at the recovery zone.
4. Stay until end of event
5. Check out with volunteer coordinator

Volunteer Will get a free race entry for the 2021 event.

Finish line expo.

Assist with expo clean up.

1. Arrive at the finish line expo at 9:00 am
2. Help with the following but not limited to
Clean up of trash bags, tear down of fence, tables, food, tents etc.
3. Shift ends 1pm or before (depending on how soon we are done)

Volunteer will assist with packet pickup by assigning bib numbers or and handing out t-shirts to
runners
