We need help to keep things flowing smoothly at the race expo. You will act as a sort of rover. Tasks might include filling water jugs, stoking fires, managing the s'more station, telling kids to stop swinging on the hammocks, and more!

Runners have questions, you need to have answers. This tent will help runners answer all the questions they have. Familiarity with our race series is required. If you have run Antelope Canyon (any distance) we would encourage you sign up for this one.

Runner Recovery Tent High Priority

Shirt Exchange Low Priority

On Saturday, some runners will want to exchange their race shirts. We need someone who can help swap one shirt for another.

Details

Expectations for medical support are familiarity with minor traumas and weather induced injury or illness. Registered Nurse or Paramedic preferred. EMT minimum level of certification.
All supplies are provided for volunteers.

Finisher Awards High Priority

They have earned it! We need people to help us hand out finisher awards to those who cross the finish line! It's a pretty straight forward job, open the boxes of awards, set them on a table, and hand them out to people while saying CONGRATS!!!!

We know some people want to hand out an award to just their runner, but we need people who will stay for their entire shift.

Overnight Welcome Crew High Priority

We need people who can help welcome our 100 mile runners into the finish area. These are fighters who have been out all night fighting demons and ready to claim their glory. Your job will be to help them with whatever they need as they come in. This might be the most rewarding jobs.

We need help managing all things pertaining to the Runners Experience. Tasks include making sure the fires are burning. The lights are on in the morning as runners arrive. Hot Chocolate and coffee are prepared and available for the runners. Tasks include cutting fruit, filling water jugs, washing dishes, and more.
