Details

Must check-in at the volunteer check-in that will be located in the parking lot of Media Park. We will set on Saturday, March 25th, 2023 from 11 am to 4 pm. Volunteers will also be able to help with race bib and t-shirt pick up.

This task will be performed near the start/finish. We will set up tables, tents, and chairs, and get ready for race day. Volunteers will be served food and drinks.

Details

Arrive by 5:30am 03/25/2023. Will assist participants in registering for the race. The task completes by 9 am the start of the race of all races

Start/Finish Line

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive by 5:30am March 26, 2023. Help setup finish line water tables and snacks. Help unwrap and distribute finisher medal and manage the crowd around the start/finish line. Task completes by 10:30am, the end of the race.

T-shirt Distribution Medium Priority

Details

Help un-box and distribute event t-shirts to participants based on the requested size. Task completes by 10am, the start of the race.

Traffic Control High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Will be assigned to a location on the race route. Will direct runners to help them stay on course. Task completes when the last returning runner passes your assigned location. Must be 15 years old or older unless accompanied by an adult

Water Station Volunteer

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Will be assigned to one water station. Will fill cups with water and distribute to passing runners. Task completes when the last returning runner passes your assigned water station.
