Details

Volunteers will be given a variety of duties at expo. Specific duties will be assigned upon arrival, but responsibilities include greeting participants, helping guests with their registration needs, bibs, or shirts.

All expo volunteers will receive a t-shirt that you will be required to wear over your topmost layer of clothing. This will help participants and guests identify who they can ask for help or directions.

Park in the Sports Basement parking lot and follow the signs through the store to the Summit Room.

Race Day

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Volunteers will be given a variety of duties on race day-specific duties will be assigned upon arrival. Responsibilities included in our packet pickup area are registration, bib pickup, shirt pickup, volunteer check in and sweat check. On-course volunteer opportunities include course monitors, water stops, finish line refreshment distribution, and Kids Fun Run.

All volunteers will receive a t-shirt that you will be required to wear over your topmost layer of clothing (please keep this in mind as you may want to size up 1 or 2 sizes). This will help participants and guests identify who they can ask for help or directions. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather as the event will go on rain or shine.

We suggest getting dropped off at 1000 Lafayette St. in the Togo's parking lot then walking across the street to 950 Franklin Street to the volunteer check-in. Please follow the signage.

Race Day (18 & Over)

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.
