Packet Pickup: Friday, April 26th

Details

Volunteers will be given a variety of duties at Packet Pickup. Specific duties will be assigned upon arrival, but responsibilities include greeting participants, helping guests with their registration needs, and handing out bibs & shirts.

All expo volunteers will receive a t-shirt that you will be required to wear over your topmost layer of clothing. This will help participants and guests identify who they can ask for help.

Park in the Sports Basement parking lot, walk into the store, and head to the Summit Room in the back right corner of the store.

Race Day (14 & Over): Saturday, April 27th

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteers will be given a variety of duties on race day. Specific duties will be assigned upon arrival. Responsibilities include race day bib & shirt pickup, volunteer check-in and sweat check. On-course volunteer opportunities include course monitors, water stops, finish line refreshment distribution, medal distribution, and kids run.

All volunteers will receive a t-shirt that you will be required to wear over your topmost layer of clothing (please keep this in mind as you may want to size up 1 or 2 sizes). This will help participants and guests identify who they can ask for help or directions. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather as the event will go on rain or shine.

We suggest getting dropped off at 1000 Lafayette St. in the Togo's parking lot then walking across the street to 950 Franklin Street to the volunteer check-in. Please follow the signage.

Race Day (18 & Over): Saturday, April 27th
