Arrive at 8:30 to check in with Greg-RD to leave at 9am sharp. Yellow Sweep leaves with 8K start group at 9am and stays 100 ft behind last 8k runner.

Arrive at TV aid Station at 8:30am. Gather Sweep bag & rope to collect orange loop. You will leave about 9am or up to possibly 9:45 am when the pink 30K safety sweep arrives. Once Pink 30K Safety Sweep Arrives, then Orange sweep commences to follow last 30K runner.
