Maintain positions at intersections to the parking area and at the airport entrances to direct cars to the correct location.

4 intersections surrounding the airport entrance, also the intersection of Simms and Control Tower Road and at the parking lot

Registration Packet Pickup High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Arrange packets in boxes in alpha order, distribute packets and t-shirts to the race participants according to name/size. Pickup officially opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 7:30 AM.

Maintain positions on the course to ensure runners follow the prescribed route. Also cheering and encouragement of the participants!

Details

Take down registration, refreshment and vendor tables, tents, water station, parking signs, race signs, collect waste bins, survey entire area and collect trash and any items left behind. This is critical - we must leave no trace in order to ensure the safety of aircraft taking off and landing!
