Pre-Race

Set-Up Race Signs and Directions High Priority

Volunteers will be asked to place signs along the race track prior to the start of the race. Race maps will be provided to help volunteers.

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

We need individuals to help check participants in and give them their race day packets.

During the Race

Participant Conductors High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers in this position will need to stand at specific points along the race track and help direct the racers. In the heat of the race, our participants will need to know where to go. The goal is to not have any racers get lost!

Race Photographer High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We will need volunteers in this position to bring their own cameras. If you have ANY experience in photography, then we would love for you to help us out!

Post-Race

Post-Race Clean Up High Priority

At least 15 more volunteers needed.

Details

This is a pretty general position. Basically, we need bodies to help break down tables, pick up trash, clean up sound equipment, and anything else.
