Registration & Check-In

Details

Welcome runners and help them get started on the right foot. Volunteers at this station will confirm that waivers are signed, distribute bibs, and handle donations (cash or check). You’ll also share the QR code for online giving and keep track of loop totals for participants fundraising per kilometer.

Parking

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Ensure smooth arrivals by directing cars to the designated parking area at Jarvis Farm. Volunteers will make sure vehicles do not spill over onto Common Street or the Mick Morgan’s lot, and will keep the driveway clear at all times for emergency vehicles.

Aid Station Crew

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

Keep the runners fueled, hydrated, and motivated. Volunteers will restock water, sports drinks, and snacks, refill cups and bottles, and check in on participants’ wellbeing while offering plenty of encouragement.

Setup & Breakdown Crew

Minimum met, 3 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Help bring the event to life and wrap it up at the end. This crew will set up tents, tables, and signage before the event begins, then take everything down and clean up afterward. Volunteers will also sweep the course for trash and gather any lost and found items.

Photographer / Social Media Helper

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Capture the energy of the day and help share it with the community. Volunteers in this role will take photos and short videos during the race, highlight loop milestones, and post updates to social media throughout the event.
