Friday - July 28 - Packet Pickup
Setup begins at 4:30 pm which includes - table/chair setup, hanging of signs, organizing t-shirts for pre-registered/late registered and additional duties as needed. If not assisting with setup - please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm (Late Registration/Packet Pickup is available between 5-7 pm)

Saturday - July 29 - Packet Pickup
Please plan to arrive no later than 6:45 am to assist other team members with late registration, bib assignment and t-shirt distribution. Late Registration/Packet Pickup is available between 7 and 8am.

Location

Friday location: Knapp Orthodontics, 2384 76th St SW, (new location)

Saturday location will be near the Finish Line on Sherwood in the parking lot directly behind Huntington Bank (formerly TCF/Chemical Bank)

Aid Station

Details

The aid station provides water to 5K run/walk participants as the pass by. Responsibilities include - setup, handing out water, cleanup of the area.

Location

Please check-in with staff in the parking lot on Sherwood behind Huntington Bank (formerly Chemical/TCF bank location)

The AId Station is located at the entrance to Kent Trails off 76th - parking is available on 76th west of the trail.

5K Course Safety

Details

Volunteers are placed at designated locations. Course Safety assists in the setup of barricades at street intersections and will hold traffic while participants are passing by. Your post assignment will be provided at check-in. The barricades will be set, pull into place to block traffic, and remove after the participants have passed.

Start, Finish Line and Post Race Refreshments

Details

The Start and Finish volunteers assist with directing and lining up the participants at the start line on Byron Center.

Prepare post race refreshments area, place granola bars and fruit on table, mix and pour Gatorade, place water bottles out for participants to enjoy after their race.

Once the event has started volunteers will assist at the finish line helping direct participants out of the area to post race refreshments, hand out water/cooling towels and/or finisher medals.
