Details

Hand out items to kids and street corner personnel to cheer on participants at start/finish and along course. Select kids to hand out finisher medals for both Gobbler Gallop and Turkey Trot. Collect up cheering items at the end of the day.

Follow church clean up guide (vacuum, bathrooms, glass doors, kitchen, nursery) 11:00 am to 12 noon. 4 people needed. Start cleaning in bathrooms and hallways until awards done, follow up with fellowship hall.

Inside church. Focus on bathrooms, vacuuming the fellowship hall, ensure nursery looks neat, and wipe down glass doors on west side (check south side but we will try to direct participants away from using those doors)

Details

Set up box and deliver food to St. Paul's Lutheran Church after race (box needs to be at registration by 8 am) Return box to Race Director for reuse next year.

Location

Fellowship hall and St. Paul's Lutheran Church. They serve meals on Monday's and Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 so this may be a good time to drop off food.

Set Up/Clean Up of Course High Priority
