Distribute raffle tickets to the runners for door prizes as they enter the auditorium for the awards ceremony. Give age group winners the customize plate for their medal. Needs to be detail oriented.

Course Marshal - On Bicycle

Will need to provide your own bicycle, and will ride up and down the course to ensure the safety of runners. Must be available to meet prior with race day.

Course Monitor - Finish Line Stretch

Details

Manage the final turn onto the bridge for all finishers coming off of 1st Street. The turn onto the bridge is hard to see, especially for runners that are giving it their all at the end of the race. The bridge can also be slippery and we would like to warn the runners, if that danger exists. Must be available to meet prior to race day.

Hand out finisher medals to all participants as they cross the finish line. Be available to support any runners in need as they cross the finish line.

Cleanup After Race

Details

Remove event signage and decorations from the finish line bridge and outside area. Clean up and reorganize Willis Building. Pack all equipment into the U-Haul truck, and follow to storage unit to help unload. It is asked that volunteers help until all duties are complete.
