Fill two 5-gallon coolers: 1 - Gatorade mix, 2 - water. Put on table within 50 yds of finish line. Put bags of cups at table. Get a trashcan of some sort.

Set up tubs outside, south of door; spread out drinks in tubs and combine with ice; not everything needs to be on ice right away.
