Merchandise Sales - Saturday

Details

Sell race merchandise during the expo. These volunteers will manage the displayed stock and collect money and make change. These people must be able to handle customer relations and money calmly and proficiently. There is no cash register and change must be figured out in their heads.

Race Day Volunteer Coordinator - Saturday

Details

Must have through knowledge and experience of all race day jobs and be able to make last minute decisions in order to ensure that all critical tasks have at least a minimum number of staff. This is a very specialized skill set.

Details

This work involves boxing up extra merchandise, race swag, banners, signs, etc. from the expo and loading them into the Aslan vans and to transport the vans to Aslan's office.

In addition in also includes picking up all course markers, barriers, mile markers, banners, trash and trash barrels, etc. along the course.

Must be able to lift and carry boxes, etc. which weigh up to 40 lbs. or pull a dolly loaded with these items and load them in the vans.

Bag Stuffing - Wednesday

Details

Race Bags need to be stuffed with race shirts and sponsor handouts, goodies, etc. prior to the opening of the packet pick-up service on Friday.
