Obstacle Coach High Priority

You must be 20 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Coaches are there to motivate and support participants as they tackle each obstacle. Coaches will also act as an obstacle judge, ensuring competitors attempt the obstacle. Competitors can fail the obstacle without penalty, but they MUST at least make a clear and full effort attempt to avoid penalty lap.

We expect to have people on the course until 4:00 P.M.

Registration table High Priority

Assist with same day registration and race day packet pick up. The registration table will also function as an information booth.
Arrival time for this position 6:00 A.M.

We will close up the registration/information booth around 4:00 P.M.

Bag Check monitor and security High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Responsible for bag check drop off, retrieval and security for all participants.
Arrival time for this position 7:00 A.M.
Request 2 hour minimum commitment.
We will need someone at the bag check until all bags are picked up. The event ends at 5:00 P.M.

If assisting with same day course set up arrival time is 6:00 A.M.
All set up will need to be complete before the race starts at 8:00 A.M.

Course break down High Priority

Assist with tear down and clean up either after the event and/or the next day

Course Monitor High Priority

You must be 14-98 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Course Monitors will assist in directing racers between obstacles to assure they stay on course.

Request 2 hour minimum commitment.
We expect to have people on the course until 4:00 P.M.

Water Station

GTGA booth High Priority

Details

Hand out fliers and provide information about the Good Thought Good Action Foundation.
Arrival time for this position 7:00 A.M.
We will close the GTGA Booth at 4:00 P.M.
