Details

Water stops are a very important part of making a successful race. Keeping the runners hydrated is key. Your job will be filling water cups and having them available for runners as they pass by your water stop. It's great to hold high energy to cheer-on, encourage, and high 5 the runners as they pass by. If a runner looks to tired, dizzy, or disoriented ask them if they would like to take a short break (call the race coordinator an report their bid #). There is a first aid kit in the tote if anyone needs a band-aid. Before closing up your station pick up all trash and call your race coordinator.

At this position you will be helping in and around the packet pickup and registration tables.
Hand out race packets (bib and shirts) to participants before the race
Provide finishing time to participants and hand out age group awards
