We need help to get things setup for the drive through packet pickup. This involves heavy lifting, setting up tents, moving boxes, and more!

Volunteers will help handout race shirts to race participants. Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are critical.

Volunteers will work with race staff to hand out bibs to race participants. This involves extreme attention to detail and the ability to be nice to others.

Assist runners drop bag drop area. Make sure their bags comply with drop bag policy, are marked correctly and placed in the proper pile to be delivered to aid stations.

Our Merchandise Booth needs help keeping things folded, answering questions about pricing, and helping people find the perfect item to help them commemorate their race! Experience in a retail environment is a plus!

They have earned it! We need people to help us hand out finisher awards to those who cross the finish line! It's a pretty straight forward job, open the boxes of awards, set them on a table, and hand them out to people while saying CONGRATS!!!!

Details

We need people who can help welcome our runners into the finish area, keep the post-race food tables stocked and direct them to the awards. Some of these finishers will be fighters who have been out all night battling and ready to claim their glory. Your job will be to help them with whatever they need as they come in. This might be one of the most rewarding volunteer jobs.

Details

As runners finish their race, they may need to get refueled and hydrated before heading out for some rest. This is basically the aid station at the finish. Some light cooking and basic food prep. Patience and compassion is a must.

We take waste seriously. Come help sort the recycling/compost/trash from the event at the finish line. Be a Zero Hero!

We need some help making sure cars park in the designated parking lots and in an orderly fashion. We will provide reflective vests and light wands to help with the parking jobs.

You will help runners with their pre-race needs: coffee, hot chocolate, bananas, gear check and answering basic questions about where to be and when. Encouraging words to help with pre-race jitters a plus!

As runners finish their race, you will be the one to greet them and make sure they don't collapse. they will need help being directed to runner recovery, awards or the Medical tent if needed. Patience and compassion is a must.
