ON BIKE, follow last rider of 100K to ensure course is clear. Check in with LCR staff @ Ashburn Aid Station (mile 21). Continue riding on the course to mile 28 (@ intersection of W&OD/Dry Mill Rd) where you will meet an LCR staff so they know the course is clear behind you. Ride 20 miles on the W&OD back to the staging area in Reston. MUST BE ABLE TO RIDE UP TO 50 MILES ON COMBINATION OF ROAD AND W&OD..

ON BIKE, follow last rider of 30M and 10M courses to ensure course is clear. Depart staging area after last 10M rider starts around 11:15am. Ride to 30M turn around and then back to staging area along the W&OD. MUST BE ABLE TO RIDE UP TO 30 MILES ALONG THE W&OD.
