The Woodinville Leprechaun Leap 5K is a family friendly event to promote fitness and help raise funds and awareness for Health & Hope Foundation.
The Leprechaun Leap 5K begins on the Burke Gilman Trail at Wilmot Park. This flat, fast 3.1-mile course is ideal for all abilities from serious runner looking to PR to families enjoying a healthy, fun, and meaningful activity. Strollers and dogs are welcome, and costumes encouraged. Come early for face painting, a chance to talk with Ireland’s Marathon Olympian Regina Joyce, and our pre-race costume parade!
The "free" Kids Dash has reached the maximum entries and registration is now closed. If you're <6 child would still like to march in the parade and do the run, they are free to join, but will not receive the St. Patty's finisher medal. Please anticipate in advance if this is going to be a problem for your child.
Health & Hope Foundation is an all-volunteer local non-profit. Volunteers provide dental, vision, and medical care via portable healthcare clinics to impoverished villagers of Tanzania who lack access to these services. Orphaned children are provided free tutored education enabling them to catch up with peers and realize their potentials. Further sustainable change is created by access to safe water, sustainable business, and sexual safety. Help impact change in lives of impoverished women and children.
Leprechaun Leap is made possible through race direction of the Woodinville Running company. The WRC fosters growth of athletics in Woodinville and the surrounding cities through production of sporting events which offer beneficiary non-profits fundraising ability while promoting Fitness, Family and Community.

This isn't an event to just watch, but you and your friends are the parade. Lead by our team of bag pipers and marchers, help make it a festive morning by joining us in a fun morning activity!
