Description
Welcome to the 15th annual Bucky's Race for Rehab! This is a recreational 5K Run/Walk/Roll organized by UW-Madison Physical Therapy students in collaboration with Medical school students. Athletes of all abilities are welcomed to sign up, including individuals with disabilities who will utilize adaptive equipment. This is a timed event and awards will be given to the fastest male and female runners and fastest male and female athletes using adaptive equipment . There will be a drawing following the race for fantastic prizes and Bucky Badger will be at the finish line cheering you on!! All proceeds from the race will benefit the student-run MEDIC clinics of Madison.
Adaptive racers begin at 8:55am and general race participants at 9:00am. Please arrive 30-60 minutes prior to race time to prepare for the 9:00 start time. The race must start on time as the course requires an intersection to be closed temporarily by police. Pre-race packet pick-up will be held at Berkeley Running Company on Friday, May 1st from 3-8pm. We encourage all participants to sign up by April 21 to guarantee themselves a free t-shirt for participation. Registration is still open beyond that date (and can be done on race day), but t-shirt availability will be limited as supplies last.

***T-SHIRT UPDATE: Due to the deadline for submission of our t-shirt order, we are not able to guarantee a t-shirt in hand the day of the race for participants who registered after 4/28. We will obtain your mailing address at the registration table and mail your t-shirt to you promptly if we run out of your size.
