Due to concerns related to the spread of the Coronavirus the race will not be taking place as planned in 2020. We have worked hard to put on another great race and regret we will not be able to.
We have a no refund policy. However, in light of the unique circumstances we wanted to offer those who have already paid to race the following options. You have until July 20th to make your selection. For those that do not make a selection, we will Donate the already paid registration fee (Option 2).
Option 1: Defer to 2021 for no charge.
Option 2: Donate my already paid registration fee. We would be delighted if you are willing to donate your already paid registration fee. Thank you for understanding that events are expensive, even when cancelled, and you want us to keep your registration fees to help cover our costs. Your donation to Monroe Youth Hockey Association is greatly appreciated. Thank You! We deeply appreciate your generosity and look forward to seeing you again under better circumstances.
Option 3: Request a refund totaling of the entry fee paid (less processing fee). While we of course hope everyone would see the value in donating their already paid entry fee, we understand this is not for everyone.
