Cut to Cure

Do you or someone you know have an extra 10 inches you'd like to donate to help make wigs for kids?  As a part of our annual Walk By Faith 5K event, we have Cut To Cure!  You grow your hair, and ask folks to support Addi's Faith Foundation by making a contribution towards your goal.  We take care of the rest on race day!

Tamara Burke --  My name is Tamara Burke and I am 50 something… I typically cut my hair every 2 years and donate it to one of the organizations that makes wigs for kids dealing with cancer recovery. This year I am actually able to attend the Walk by Faith and I thought it would be a perfect time to donate my hair and add awareness about childhood cancer research and the wonderful way that Addis Faith helps with the research and support to families affected by the disease. I am so proud of Addis Faith and all they are doing and want to support them however I can.  Donate to Tamara's Page

Megan Pisani, a 13-year old, wants to make children who have lost their hair during cancer treatment feel beautiful. Megan is a bit nervous about cutting off 10 inches of her hair but knows that it’s worth it so that someone else can feel more confident about themselves.  She has a goal to raise $500 and wants friends and family to donate to the fight against childhood cancer on her behalf.  Megan thinks that no child should ever have to fight for their life and she’s hoping you will help.
