Swimming: 5 years ( stopped during High School) 
Triathlons: 4 Years
Long distance Running ( Marathons/Half Marathons): 10 years
CrossFit: 4 Years
Weightlifting: 3 Years
BodyBuilding: 2 Year
Mountain Biking: Meh.... this one is questionable. Give or take 1 year. Basically a newbie.
Hiking: Yes. 
Trail Running: 2 Years
