Below are the leg breakdowns for each race in the 4-person, 3-person, 2-person and kids relay team divisions.
As stated in the rules page each runner has to run the same leg for each of the three relays. (Ex, Runner #1 in the 4-person division will run 200m in the Pulled Hammy Relay, 600m in the Breaking Wind Relay and 600m in the Heavy Breather Relay)
As you can see, our relay races have fun names. We will use these names to indicate which relay event is up next on the schedule (ex. "Male 35-49 4-Person Pulled Hammy Relay is up next on the track.")
All distances in meters
Each kids' relay race is one length of running for each team member on either the infield or track (roughly 80-100 meters).
These are 4-person teams with age groups of 5-6 year olds, 7-8 year olds and 9-10 year olds.
Release the hounds relay - 1 length of running forward
Beep...beep...beep relay - 1 length of running backwards
Crab legs relay - 1 length of running side-to-side
