Run with the Flock Virtual 5k Run/Walk is a virtual race that can be completed at any location anywhere around the world. You can use a treadmill or run/walk outside. This allows you to compete against yourself or others any time between October 10 and November 10, 2017. Map out your 5k (3.1 mile) route, complete your race and share your results on our Facebook event. It is that easy! Everyone will receive a race t-shirt and finishers medal.
