RunSignUp

Secure Payment Processing

What's Included?

RunSignUp protects the payment information your runners provide.

  • We combine SSL and redirect technology so that only our processing company sees the credit card number.
  • We prompt for every payment, and never store credit card information to ensure that your runners make conscious purchases.
  • It’s easy to pay on RunSignUp. We take VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • We’re always working with our providers to eliminate outages and make sure runners can pay when they want.

Want to know when (and how) you'll get your payment? When you set up your race, you'll have a few options:

Quick Start

Set Up Now

  • We ask you for the minimum amount of information required to satisfy credit card processing rules for setting up your payment account.
  • Choose to make payments to yourself or to a business, charity or other non-profit entity (like a school).
  • Choose to receive direct deposit (preferred) either weekly or monthly, or choose check payments (weekly only).

Set Up Later (Perfect for Timers)

  • Our innovative Quick Start payment system allows you to set up your race now, begin taking registrations, and come back later to give us the instructions on the payment account.
  • Send an email to a Race Director, Finance Manager, or anyone with account details with instructions on finishing the setup of the payment account.

Advanced Payment

Advanced Payment Option

  • An Advanced Payment account requires entering a little more information to setup your payment account but comes with added benefits, including:
    • Reduced credit card processing fees on donations
    • More detailed financial reporting
    • Payment frequency up to daily
  • The information requirement for an individual are the same under both processing options, so Individuals are automatically processed under the Advanced Payment Option.
  • Any other business or non-profit entity who wants the additional benefits can move from a Quick Start account to an Advanced Payment account at any time.
  • Direct deposit payments available weekly or daily; check payments available weekly only.
