Shifted to January this year but we are still happening. Trails look great and you'll be in for a few changes as the trails have been shifted to keep them off most of the paved trails. Everything is looking great for Saturday. Registration is open, spread the word! Race day registration will be available but you'll be placed in later "waves" as we won't have you in the original registration list. Please consider registering by Friday so we can have waves sent and things ready for you race morning.
Join us and enjoy the snow and the challenging terrain of Woodland Trails. The 20 km course will take full advantage of the trail system; winding through the hilltop loop, triple hills, up Big Tooth Shoot to Top-of-the-World and back through the city park's trails to start the second loop. The 10 km courses will follow the same path with only one loop. The children's races will stay on the easy terrain of the loops in the park area making it easy to cheer on your kids!
Pre-Register Online: $30 for 20km racers, $20 for 10km citizen racers, and $10 for 10km high school/college division.
Race-Day Registration: $40 for 20km racers, $30 for 10km citizen racers, and $20 for 10km high school/college division. Cash or Check only.
We will need to do 25 skier waves this year due to COVID protocols so please answer the wave placement questions so we can make sure we place you an appropriate wave. Waves will be started in 5 minute intervals. You will be e-mailed your wave placement after registration closes on the night prior to the race or you will be informed on race morning.
We will also not be able to provide water or snack after the race this year because of COVID restrictions. Please be sure to bring water and food/snacks if you will need them after the race.
The trails are in excellent shape and the snow depth is very good. Temps look to be staying cold so it doesn't look like the snow is going anywhere. Should be some fantastic skiing on the trails. We'll see you there!
