2017 BIAMD Scarecrow Classic 5k and 1 Mile Walk

This will be the 5th year that Amy and I are running/walking this 5K race to support the Brain Injury Association of Maryland.We hope to raise funds to support the BIAM's mission of providing resources to those affected by brain injury.

This year, the run is also a personal pursuit for me, as the majority of the year was spent re-learning to walk after an unfortunate leg injury, so running a 5K this October has been a goal I have been working toward for many  long months.
