I've happily served on the Board of Directors at the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum & Bird Sanctuary in Short Hills for years and it's a privilege to be part of this organization. The Arboretum is a historic woodlands garden and education center, and if offers wonderful camps and classes and events where children of all ages can connect with nature. My profile photo features Sage the Owl, who you can meet at the Arboretum (along with Sassafrass the Owl) who are two rescue owls who can't be re-released into the wild but live safely and happily at the Arboretum.
