Description
The Eighth Annual Izzie's Dash for Organ Donatioin 5kRun/Walk and Family Fun Event will be held June 3rd, 2017 at North Boundary Park in Cranberry Township, to beneift Izzie's Gifts of Hope Foundation. The 5K race begins at 8:30am and the 1 Mile Fun Walk begins at 9:30am. The event features something fun for the whole family: jump castle, balloon making and other activities for kids, silent auction, music, and food!
Join us for this fun, family day to celebrate the "Gift of Life" and raise awareness of the need for organ donation. Families and friends have an opportunity to run or walk in honor of someone affected by organ donation, whether a transplant candidate, recipient, living donor, or a donor family.
New for this year we will have a team spirit competition! Show your pride by coordinating your outfits on the day of the walk. We will be awarding prizes to the teams with the most spirit!
