Description
Join us for our 7th annual MT Alpha Skills Clinic! We are very excited to again be hosting our mountain bike skills clinic at Marshall Mountain. Returning women signing up will notice they are not selecting a specific group level. Instead this year, you will be asked during registration to fill out a very detailed survey that we will use to place you into groups of similar skills and goals. Group sizes will remain small, with 8 participants paired with 2 coaches. We feel this will help groups be more consistent in level, ability, and goals, and help you get the most out of your day!
Skills Clinic Schedule:
Check-in: 8:30-9:00 AM
Clinic begins: 9:00 AM
Technical drills and skills work: 9:30 AM-Noon
Lunch: Noon-1:00 PM
Group ride with more technical work: 1:00-3:15 PM
Closing ceremony: 3:30-4:00 PM
MT Alpha is a female cycling team of motivated girls and women who are focused on cultivating bike skills, confidence and increasing the presence of women at competitive events. We support and encourage our members to test their limits and exceed their perceived abilities through group rides, clinics, training, coaching, and races.
